I waited a few days before I let this news out to everyone, but I will not be moving to Milledgeville to accept a position with Northridge Christian Church.  There is much more that can be said about why this did not happen but suffice to say that the timing was not right on both ends. I pray and wish Northridge well and that God would continue to bless what they are doing there. Mike and Craig are honorable men of God who are serving Him faithfully and I pray that they find someone who can come alongside them in their efforts to reach the people of Milledgeville. As for Melissa and I, we are praying and seeking direction about next steps. I was comforted today with the words of Paul in Philippians 4:6, “Do not worry about anything, but pray and ask God for everything you need…” We are blessed to be surrounded by friends, family, and an amazing church! But even more than this, we are loved by a God who cares about us so much that he died for us! Thank you for your well wishes and prayers!
